How long will it take to receive my order?
Most online orders received by 12AM Pacific Time Monday-Friday ship the same day. Orders after 12AM generally ship the next business day.
Delivery time for standard shipping within the continental U.S. is typically 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?
To track the delivery status of your order you may choose from one of the following options:
• Visit our Track Your Order page by clicking here.
• Login to your InstallerParts account. After placing an order, you can view the status of your order 24 hours a day by clicking the Your Account link at the top of every page.
• Contact our Customer Support and we will gladly assist you.
Do you ship internationally? What about APO/FPO addresses?
We ship to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses via UPS and USPS where available. For more information please see our complete Shipping Information page.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with the items you purchase from InstallerParts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are complete and like new within 60 days of receiving your order. How do I return an item?
You may request a return authorization online by clicking here. If your order was shipped by a specialized freight carrier or you placed your order with a sales rep, please contact Customer Support for further instructions.
What is the warranty on your products?
InstallerParts offers a lifetime warranty on our cables and non-electronic products. Most other products carry a one year warranty. If you believe that a product you purchased from us is defective, please contact Customer Support and we will either fix the problem or, after verifying that the product is defective, we will exchange the item for a new one (if it falls within the warranty period). You will need to send the product back to our facilities for testing.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, simply contact Customer Support and let us know you wish to cancel your order. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we should be able to cancel it for you.
Can I cancel or refuse an order that has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, we aren't able to cancel it. However, you may refuse or return it. If you're home when our shipper arrives with the package, simply refuse delivery. The shipper will send the package back to us, and we'll refund you when we receive it. If the package is delivered, we can arrange a return for you. What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Payments, wire transfer, and company checks (requires approval in advance).
We do not accept:
Credit Cards issued by a foreign bank or with a foreign billing address.
Money Orders, Personal Checks, Cash on delivery (COD), or any other payment method not listed above.

Can I make a tax exempt purchase?
We do not collect sales tax oustide of Washington and California. If your shipping address is located in WA or CA, one of our Sales Representatives will be happy to designate your account as tax-free. We will just need you to submit your Reseller Sales and Tax form as verification. Please contact Customer Support and let us know you wish to setup a tax exempt account.
How do I open a wholesale or reseller account?
Our Sales Representatives will be happy to help you with a wholesale or reseller application. Please contact Customer Support and let us know you wish to setup a reseller account.
Can I place an order using a Purchase Order?
InstallerParts accepts purchase orders from public schools, universities, hospitals and all government agencies. We also accept purchase orders from companies (Corporate Accounts). To place an order using a PO contact Customer Support and let us know you wish to order using a PO. We will generate an invoice for you which can be paid directly via the link we send.

I have a large order to place, do you offer discounted pricing?
Yes we do. We maintain a large inventory and can fill orders of several hundred or thousand depending on the popularity of the SKU. We can also bring in additional quantities with advanced notice and a deposit. We purchase in large enough volume that our pricing to you is typically comparable to overseas factory pricing.

Is it safe to shop at your website?
We take all reasonable precautions to keep your information safe and secure. Our state-of-the-art redundant server cluster is hosted and professionally managed. Our state-of-the-art servers are protected by biometric locks and round-the-clock interior and exterior surveillance monitoring. Only authorized personnel have access to the data center. 24/7/365 onsite staff provides additional protection against unauthorized entry and security breaches.
All our servers are located in the US.
We do not store credit card information on our servers.

Will InstallerParts share my personal information with anyone?
InstallerParts’ policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our customers. We will never fully disclose individually identifiable information about our customers to any third party without first receiving that customer's permission. We do have partners who occasionally assist us with fulfillment and shipping, and in those cases, those partners receive a name and shipping address so they can process and ship orders accordingly.
